Ioannis Gutzianas is Economist at wiiw and country expert for Czechia. His research focuses on macroeconomic modelling, climate policy, labour economics and monetary policy. Prior to joining wiiw, he worked as a macroeconomic modeller at Cambridge Econometrics, where he contributed to projects on decarbonisation policies and sustainable finance. He holds an MA in Political Science from Central European University and a BA in Political Science from Corvinus University of Budapest.
